Refund Policy
We want the product to be useful, and we handle genuine problems fairly.

Seven-day guarantee
If the workspace is not useful for your business, email hello@thetoolfilter.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout and your PayPal transaction ID. Approved requests receive a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method.
Access problems
If you did not receive access or the product is materially different from the offer, contact us first. We will try to restore delivery promptly. If we cannot provide the purchased product, we will refund it.
After a refund
A completed full refund or payment reversal ends access to the private workspace and stops the buyer implementation sequence. Files already downloaded cannot be technically recalled, but the license to use, share, or redistribute them ends.
Abuse and third-party charges
Duplicate purchases will be corrected. Repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, redistribution, or misuse may be denied where permitted by law. Currency conversion, bank, or PayPal charges controlled by a third party may not be recoverable from that provider.
Processing time
We normally respond within three business days. After a refund is issued, PayPal or your financial institution controls when the funds appear.
Consumer rights
This policy does not remove rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
