These terms explain what you receive, what the product does not promise, and how to use it responsibly.

The product
The Lean Tool Stack Playbook is a one-time digital purchase that includes a private interactive workspace, downloadable resources, and a limited buyer email sequence. It is a decision-support product, not consulting, legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity, or accounting advice.
Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business or internal team. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access links, or offer the materials as your own product or service.
Your decisions
The workspace helps you organize information and identify areas to review. It does not automatically cancel, replace, or configure software. Check exports, dependencies, billing terms, data retention, permissions, and team impact before changing any tool.
Payments and access
Prices are shown in USD and processed by PayPal. Access is provided after payment confirmation. Keep your private workspace link secure. Access may be suspended for misuse, payment reversal, chargeback, or a completed refund.
Availability and updates
We aim to keep the workspace available and useful, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may correct errors, improve the product, or replace outdated resources. We will not remove the core purchased function without a reasonable substitute.
Affiliate links
Some recommendations may use affiliate links. When they do, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee a recommendation, and firsthand testing is labeled separately from research.
Limits
To the extent permitted by law, The Tool Filter is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption caused by a software decision or third-party service. Our total liability for a claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Before filing a formal claim, contact hello@thetoolfilter.com so we can try to resolve the issue fairly.
